Job Details: Our law firm is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team. This position is a crucial part of our firm, as it serves as the first point of contact for our clients and guests. We are looking for an individual who embodies professionalism, is highly organized, friendly, and possesses strong administrative skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the legal industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome clients and visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Manage all incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail. 3. Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for attorneys and clients, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared. 4. Maintain an organized and efficient reception area, including maintaining office supplies and equipment. 5. Accurately record and convey messages to the appropriate parties. 6. Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation. 7. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to the firm's privacy policies. 8. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth daily operations. 9. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all clients and visitors feel welcomed and valued. 10. Assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a law firm or legal setting. 2. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff. 3. Proven experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office equipment. 7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 9. Experience with legal software or case management systems is a plus. 10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 11. Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.
