This is a key role supporting attorneys on complex injury and wrongful death cases through discovery and trial. Job Details
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive trial preparation and case management support from intake through verdict. Draft and file pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and other legal documents. Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial logistics. Manage client communication, scheduling, and case documentation. Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure all deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
Qualifications: 5–10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience (trial support required). Proven ability to manage large caseloads and deadlines. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Stable work history and professional demeanor.
