Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of QA experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing QA for financial systems or loan platforms.
Strong expertise in manual testing principles and test case design.
Proven hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., UiPath, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
Solid understanding of CI / CD, version control (Git), and test integration in modern development pipelines.
Experience working with Agile / Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in root cause analysis and defect tracking.
Familiarity with regulatory testing in financial services (e.g., compliance test cases, audit preparation, risk-based testing).
Experience with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Postman, SQL, and integration into CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, BFSI, government, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker / Kubernetes).
Knowledge of performance and security testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, OWASP ZAP).
Experience scaling QA teams in fast-paced, growth-stage or enterprise environments.
Prior experience in fintechs, lending platforms, credit unions, banks, or mortgage servicing companies.
Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as CCPA, FCRA, ECOA, TILA, RESPA, or BSA / AML.
Knowledge of cloud-based platforms (Azure, AWS) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience managing QA for integrations with financial partners (e.g., Plaid, Equifax, TransUnion, Experian, eVault providers).
