Shift Manager – Starting up to $20/Hour Based on Experience & Availability (Ann Arbor–Plymouth & Nixon Rd.)
This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for all employment matters. If hired, you will report to the franchisee.
About the Job Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. The Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and managers during the shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.

Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness
Managing Crew
Quality Food Production
Exceptional Customer Service
Safety and Security
Scheduling
Training
Additional Responsibilities Shifts may include planning, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with standards, monitoring safety, security, profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager, meeting targets, and helping departments meet goals.
Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Positive team player, flexible schedule, passion for fast‑paced environment.
