Define and execute a roadmap to drive patient growth through new patient onboarding and offering expansion
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build scalable solutions that enhance user experiences
Utilize analytics and user insights to identify friction points and prioritize opportunities for improvement
Establish success metrics and communicate insights and results to leadership and stakeholders
Advocate for patient empathy in growth decisions to enhance trust and overall patient experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in consumer‑facing products
Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes in complex business areas
Strong problem‑solving skills with an action‑oriented mentality
Experience in hypothesis‑driven development and A/B testing for product strategy
Strong track record of leading cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working in high‑growth telehealth or healthcare environments
Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and best practices
Ability to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels
Experience managing conflicting viewpoints and building consensus among teams
