Child/Adolescent Clinical Psychiatrist Boston Medical Center (BMC) is seeking Clinical Psychiatrists for Child/Adolescent to provide core clinical services in the new Boston Medical Center (BMC) Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) outpatient clinical services. Psychiatrists will deliver thoughtful, comprehensive, and acute-based assessments, provide psychopharmacology services, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team—including recovery and peer specialists, mental health clinicians, psychologists, advanced practice providers, and case managers—to develop comprehensive treatment plans. This faculty‑appointed position invites both newly trained and experienced Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists to join our growing academic department, contributing to research, education, and the statewide effort to redesign ambulatory behavioral health care.

Job Requirements

Medical Degree

Board eligible/certified in Psychiatry

Child & Adolescent Fellowship trained

Compensation Boston University School of Medicine offers a competitive salary commensurate with academic training and practice experience. Salary range: $228,648–$360,078.

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and the departmental budget. The above hiring range represents a good‑faith estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
