Challenge We’re looking for a
Director of Product Management
to define and lead the strategic direction of our platform capabilities — spanning reporting, analytics, and integrations. You’ll be the connective hub between product innovation, customer value, and business impact. This role is about shaping how data, insight, and interoperability create leverage across the company and for our clients.
Mission
Set the strategic vision.
Define how our reporting, analytics, and integration capabilities create differentiated value — for customers, partners, and the business.
Drive alignment between value and investment.
Prioritize platform initiatives that unlock measurable outcomes — improving customer impact, scalability, and efficiency.
Connect use cases to business strategy.
Translate product usage and customer needs into insights that inform company‑wide decisions and long‑term product direction.
Champion customer and market understanding.
Anticipate emerging trends in data, interoperability, and analytics — guiding where we invest to stay ahead.
Unify the product ecosystem.
Ensure consistency and connectivity across domains so that each product contributes to a cohesive data and reporting experience.
Lead through influence.
Partner with Engineering, Architecture, GTM, and executive leadership to align on priorities, resource allocation, and platform evolution.
Develop product leaders.
Mentor Senior and Principal PMs to think strategically, connect their domains to business outcomes, and lead with autonomy.
Represent the platform narrative.
Communicate the vision, value, and roadmap across internal teams, executives, and clients — linking platform innovation to real‑world impact.
Guide strategic decision‑making.
Use product data, customer insights, and market intelligence to inform trade‑offs and investments at the portfolio level.
You Are A strategic connector who turns data and product capability into business leverage. You think in systems, value chains, and long‑term outcomes — translating platform potential into client and company value. You lead through clarity, influence, and insight, empowering teams to align around what matters most.
Your Experience Includes
10+ years in product management, including experience leading PM teams or driving multi‑domain product strategy.
Proven success defining and executing
platform or data strategies
that delivered measurable customer and business value.
Deep understanding of
analytics, reporting, and/or integration ecosystems
in SaaS or B2B environments.

Strong commercial and customer orientation — experienced in connecting product use to revenue, retention, and client impact.
Exceptional communication and influence — able to align executives, engineers, and partners around shared priorities and long‑term vision.
