Common Qualifications
5+ years of experience in backend, infrastructure, or full stack software engineering
Proficiency in backend frameworks (Node.js, Django, Flask, Ruby on Rails, FastAPI, Spring Boot)
Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus for full stack roles
Strong experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis)
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, and infrastructure-as-code tools
Strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Java, or Ruby
Familiarity with high-performance computing, distributed systems, and large-scale architectures
Experience in early-stage startups or lean teams is a plus
