Core Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an ADA‑recognised dental institution
Active Georgia dental license
Up‑to‑date CPR, BLS, and PALS credentials
Background in clinical environments or private practice, whether entry‑level or experienced
Excellent proficiency in verbal and written professional interactions
Benefits
Initial‑year salary assurance of $225,000
From the second year, compensation at 30% of adjusted production
$25,000 sign‑on incentive
Qualification for a route to partnership
Yearly continuing education allowance plus comprehensive internal training sessions
In‑depth internal education on various specialties and topics
Structured mentorship support
Independent clinical decision‑making backed by administrative support
