Electrical Superintendent – Data Center Projects Location:

Atlanta, Georgia (with travel to project sites)

A leading electrical contractor specializing in large-scale data center and mission-critical projects is seeking an experienced

Electrical Superintendent

to oversee field operations for major electrical construction projects based out of the

Atlanta area .

This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in complex, high‑performance environments and is committed to safety, quality, and team development. You’ll play a critical role in delivering world‑class data center projects for global technology clients.

Plan, supervise, and direct electrical crews to ensure work is completed

safely, on schedule, and within budget

Foster and maintain a

safety‑first and quality‑driven culture

on every project

Interpret and manage

project drawings, designs, and specifications

to ensure compliance and accuracy

Partner closely with the

Project Management team

on materials procurement, labor planning, and project tracking

Monitor

workmanship and quality standards , ensuring alignment with project and company expectations

Mentor, evaluate, and train field supervision and trades personnel to strengthen team performance

Perform

takeoffs, pricing, and documentation

for change orders and related project scope adjustments

Review

productivity, schedules, and resource allocation

to maintain peak efficiency and performance

Current

State Electrical Journeyman License ,

Engineering Degree , or equivalent technical training/experience

10+ years’ experience

in electrical construction supervision, with strong knowledge of industry methods and tools

Experience working in

data center, industrial, or pharmaceutical environments

Hyperscale data center

experience highly preferred

Proven success managing

large‑scale electrical projects ($20M–$100M+)

OSHA 30

certification (or ability to obtain)

Strong understanding of

construction scheduling, labor management, and cost control

Skilled in

takeoffs, pricing, and project documentation

Excellent

communication, organizational, supervisory, and computer skills

Must successfully pass

pre‑employment background and MVR checks

Ability and willingness to

travel as required

to regional project sites
