Overview: We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our accounting team. This role is vital to maintaining financial accuracy and efficiency, with a focus on managing AR processes and collaborating across departments in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Responsibilities: • Manage daily AR invoicing, cash applications, and check processing. • Reconcile AR subledger to the General Ledger and resolve discrepancies. • Investigate chargebacks, short payments, and billing issues. • Maintain accurate AR records and support audit documentation. • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely collections and resolve disputes.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications: • 5+ yrs of Accounting/AR experience • 3+ yrs of Cash app and billing experience • Advanced experience with Excel & ERP systems o Pivot tables, VLOOKUP and complex formulas • Associate's degree in Account, finance or related field

Plusses: • Manufacturing/Distribution industry experience
