A bit about us:
California Trial Lawyers
Often, civil disputes lead to the need not only for effective legal assistance but for hands-on and aggressive trial experience. We stand out in Orange County, San Diego, and throughout California as trial attorneys. Together, our four named, partners' trial experience includes: Hundreds of trials handled approximately 400 trials conducted to verdict with a verdict success rate of approximately 96 percent.
Our trial experience and skills are further illustrated by our involvement in the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Very few trial lawyers qualify for membership, which is contingent on extensive jury trial experience and is by invitation only. Our firm includes six active ABOTA members. Further, our attorneys who are ABOTA members train our remaining lawyers in the ABOTA skill set of "skills, civility, and integrity".
Our trial experience favorably compares to that of the thousands of attorneys across California who have minimal courtroom experience and who seek to settle every case. Our trial experience also allows us to provide clients with a full range of legal options regarding the litigation, negotiation, mediation, or arbitration of their case.
Why join us?
Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
The firm offers mentorship, a congenial work environment as well as competitive salary, bonus program, health care benefits package, gym and participation in a 401K plan. We have ABOTA attorneys in our firm who train attorneys to become trial attorneys.
