is seeking a Board-Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join their established team in Camillus, NY.

Youll be joining a well-staffed and collaborative outpatient practice that embraces new ideas and supports physician interests and clinical passions (within reason and scope). Our practice environment is patient-focused, backed by strong system resources and ancillary support.

PRACTICE OVERVIEW Primary Care Center Camillus, located at 5301 W. Genesee Street, Camillus, NY 13031, offers routine adult and geriatric health care, including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school, or insurance. The office provides comprehensive care for illness, injury, and chronic medical conditions; preventive immunizations and vaccinations; womens health services such as annual pelvic exams and pap smears; and preventive health and wellness services, including cancer screenings.

Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

NYS licensure and DEA required

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE St. Josephs Health offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:

$225,000-$242,000 base salary

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.

Starting Bonus : $50,000.00 paid one time in the first payroll month after employment begins

Retention Bonus : $25,000.00 will be payable in the second payroll cycle after first anniversary date, and $25,000.00 payable in the second payroll cycle after second anniversary date
