Overview A growing outsourcing firm specializing in bookkeeping services for small businesses and nonprofits is seeking a

Client Relations & Operations Manager

to oversee client onboarding, communication, and workflow coordination. The ideal candidate will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth processes, quality control, and strong collaboration between clients and the bookkeeping team.

Responsibilities

Managing client onboarding and documentation

Coordinating internal deliverables and ensuring timely completion

Conducting quality assurance checks and maintaining process accuracy

Overseeing client communication and relationship management

Handling administrative and light project management tasks

Ideal Qualifications

Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Workspace

Experience with nonprofit clients a plus

Detail-oriented, independent, and adaptable to hybrid work environments

Salary $65k–$85k
