Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to join The Westbury Senior Living in Columbia, Missouri. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth within the organization. The role emphasizes empathy, engagement with residents, and a collaborative team environment.

Monday and Wednesday 7am-7pm

Responsibilities

Proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Qualifications
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and ability to LOVE our residents.
Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
Criminal background clearance.
