Role Description As an Account Manager, you are vital to daily business operations and customer success. You grow the agency through meaningful client relations, serve as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, and proactively market relevant products and services.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
Oversee resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
