About the Role: A community-based behavioral health organization is seeking an
Associate-Level Therapist
to join their clinic team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, case managers, and family support staff—to provide individual therapy, assessments, and case management services for children and youth.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual therapy sessions and clinical assessments Participate in treatment team meetings and coordinate care with medical and behavioral health providers Provide collateral support and case management services for families Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Serve clients ranging from
ages 0–21
with
moderate to severe
behavioral health needs
Caseload: Approximately
25–35 clients
Qualifications: Active
ACSW, AMFT, or APCC
registration with the California BBS Experience or comfort working with moderate to severe mental health populations New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
Schedule & Work Environment: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM Business casual dress code In-person, clinic-based setting
