The Role Responsibilities

Product Marketing Strategy: Gain a deep understanding of our audience, work with Head of Marketing and Stakeholders in developing our products positioning, messaging, launches, competition intelligence and contribute in marketing direction

Content Strategy & Execution: Plan, create, and manage engaging content across multiple formats (videos, social, articles, webinars, white papers, newsletter).

Creative & storytelling: Distill product, technical and industry knowledge into clear, engaging content that power high-performing campaigns

Customer Marketing: Conduct customer interviews, produce case studies, testimonial videos, and success story content

Campaign management: Serve as the glue between marketing teams and manage product-led co-marketing campaigns with ecosystem partners

Resource Hub Development: Build and maintain evergreen content (e.g. research, best practices, comparisons) that drives lead conversion.

Product Marketing & Enablement Content: Collaborate with PMM on product newsletters, monthly update blogs, collateral, and release communication materials, including webinar hosting for major releases.

Lifecycle content: Create content and messaging for email drip campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

Marketing experience: 4-5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on product marketing or Product-Led content creation, in B2B SaaS with a self-serve motion.

Balanced strategy & execution: Able to define product marketing strategy and execute hands-on launches and competitive research

Marketing breadth: You understand campaign, channel, content, and comms strategy in addition to product marketing strategy.

Industry curiosity: Strong interest in loyalty, retention, gamification, and martech — and willingness to deeply learn the space.

Presentable and fluent in English: Strong communicator on camera and in writing, with an active LinkedIn presence — this role relies heavily on LinkedIn content.

Sales enablement excellence: Experience producing polished collateral for revenue teams such as pitch decks, battlecards, ROI sheets, comparisons, and white papers.

Writing ability: You’ve written short-form and long-form content, and can point to examples of your writing. Bonus: Familiarity with SEO Optimization

High-quality bar: You've developed marketing strategies and tactics that put the customer first, while hitting growth goals at the same time.

Good sense of design: with essential visual skills (Figma, Canva, Loom, Basic video editing) for social and web content

Goal setting & prioritization: You know how to set both short-term goals and long-term goals that are used for prioritization and focused on impact.

Modern tools & AI: Comfort with and/or ability to quickly learn these tools for competitive intelligence, content creation/video, sales enablement, design, etc.
