Responsibilities We’re looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Administrative Assistant to support our warehouse operations and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Provide daily administrative support to the warehouse operations team.

Prepare, file, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.

Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments on order and shipment tracking.

Enter data accurately into warehouse and inventory management systems.

Support inventory control, including cycle counts and reconciliations.

Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and reporting.

Ensure all activities follow IES standards for safety and quality.

Qualifications What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred.

Previous administrative or warehouse experience a plus.

Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Clear communication and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Ability to balance office duties with time spent in the warehouse as needed.
