Job Description
Do you engineer world‑class setups—and back them up on the floor? At
Pioneer Motor Bearing Company , we keep critical infrastructure and defense assets running. Our bearing engineering, manufacturing, and repair teams support large rotating equipment in power generation, while

Can you interpret complex drawings and route sheets, then translate them into efficient 5‑axis setups? Do you use math and geometry comfortably to solve machining challenges? Are you confident editing programs at the control and documenting corrections? Do you proactively suggest tooling or process changes to cut cycle time and improve quality? Can you safely rig and move heavy parts using overhead cranes? What you’ll take on
Set up CNC mills and multi‑axis lathes with correct tooling and offsets for manufacturing and repair of fluid film bearings, seals, and aerospace/defense parts. Manufacture and inspect parts from blueprints, sketches, drawings, and verbal instructions using a range of cutting tools (including right‑angle heads). Use precision measuring gear—dial calipers, micrometers, surface gauges, dial indicators—to maintain dimensional accuracy and specified tolerances. Keep your area organized and hazard‑free while consistently meeting quality and throughput targets. Communicate production risks early if quality, delivery, or customer requirements could be impacted. What you bring
