HVAC Field Technician (Commercial)

$30 - $50+ per hour + Guaranteed 40 hours + Performance Bonus + Health, Dental & Vision + Career Growth

Are you an experienced HVAC Technician ready to take on a hands-on role working with next-generation, clean technology air conditioning systems?

On offer is a position with one of Florida's most innovative cleantech companies where you’ll support the installation, commissioning, and operation of ultra-efficient HVAC systems across commercial projects.

This company is a fast-growing OEM developing revolutionary commercial air conditioning systems. Due to expansion plans, they are looking for motivated and HVAC technicians to join the team.

In this role, you’ll commission, monitor, and troubleshoot HVAC systems in the field and in the office. You’ll balance fieldwork with remote monitoring and data analysis, learning directly from the engineering team.

This role would suit someone with HVAC service, installation, or controls experience who’s eager to grow within a start-up that’s changing the industry.

The Role:

• Commission and monitor pilot HVAC units to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot field issues and coordinate technical resolutions
• Support subcontractors and installation partners during setup and service
• Utilize predictive maintenance tools and review system alerts remotely

The Candidate:

• Experience in commercial HVAC installation, service, or repair
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Able to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and MEP drawings
• Controls Experience
