BODYARMOR is looking for a Retail Execution Specialist (RES) to join our team in the Elmsford/New Windsor area. Our Retail Execution Team works to bring our obsession with becoming #1 in sports hydration to life in-store. As a Retail Execution Specialist (RES), you will be the ambassador for BODYARMOR and POWERADE, focusing on execution, merchandising, and upselling to drive sales growth and maximize brand presence in your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Sales Growth and Merchandising: Identify, capitalize on, and negotiate opportunities to grow the base business, increase sales, optimize display space, and improve productivity while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Creative Display Management: Assist with installation and maintenance of creative displays aligned with branding initiatives to engage consumers.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Interact with store personnel and consumers to provide product knowledge and insights, ensuring a positive brand experience.
• Program Execution: Efficiently execute sales programs and initiatives, including selling-in promotional programs, ensuring customer compliance, and maximizing brand potential.
• Collaboration: Partner with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and BASN Field team to execute sales and merchandising plans, maintain inventory, minimize out-of-stocks, and uphold standards.
• Customer Insights: Gather and report customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities to internal teams for continuous improvement.
• Territory Account Maintenance: Manage tasks such as date codes, adherence to plan-o-grams, decals/tags, and point-of-sale materials for territory accounts.
• Utilization of Technology: Use company tech for real-time reporting, analyze data, and leverage insights to drive store success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred
• Entry-level candidates or those with 0-2 years in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service considered
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Elmsford/New Windsor, NY (relocation at own expense)
• Strong selling skills and ability to influence store personnel through data-driven selling
• Significant local travel (~75%) within identified territories
• Self-motivated and able to work independently across a large territory and multiple stores
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills; effective communicator across all levels
• Willingness to understand and engage in BODYARMOR & POWERADE consumer activities
• Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for the brands; store visits preferred
• Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs and perform related physical tasks
• Occasional off-hours/weekend work as needed
• Must have a personal vehicle with valid driver’s license and ability to drive long distances as needed
• Motor Vehicle Records must satisfy Company standards per Driving Policy

Pay Range: $0 - $52,000

Base pay may vary by geography, knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of benefits is offered dependent on the position. Annual Incentive Value: 7.5% (market-based).
