A Typical Day
As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist you will help clients make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money. You will build and strengthen client relationships, receive and direct clients to the right tax professional, and ensure all client needs are met, whether in person, by phone, or virtually.
It would be even better if you also had
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
What you'll bring to the team
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule appointments for clients as requested
- Ensure all client needs are met during service (in person, over the phone, or virtually)
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization with team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
Your Expertise
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous customer‑service experience
- Ability to multi‑task
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
