The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform has thousands of students looking for online ACSM tutors nationally. As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students’ learning journeys—all from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

• Tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platform to deliver online ACSM instruction.
• Work with students to match their learning styles, personalize lessons, and adapt to individual needs.
• Invoice for tutoring sessions; we handle payments and logistics.
• Utilize the AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions with real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features to save prep time and improve outcomes.
• Set your own schedule and tutor as much as you’d like.
• Maintain professional communication and provide engaging, clear explanations.

What We Look For In a Tutor

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in ACSM and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Priority given to those with tutoring experience, teaching experience, and graduate-level education.

Compensation and Benefits

• Earn incrementally higher pay for each session with the same student—up to $40/hour.
• Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions you conduct and invoice.
• Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like.
• No commuting required—tutor remotely on the platform.
• We handle logistics; you invoice for sessions and we process payments.
