Overview

Hobby Lobby is seeking an organized, customer service oriented person with leadership experience to join our team as a Frame Shop Manager. We are an exciting, ever-changing, growing, upscale chain that carries a full range of art and craft supplies, home decor, seasonal merchandise, fabric and floral departments. The Frame Shop Manager is a position at the hourly store management level. Stores are open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and are closed on Sunday.

Base pay range: $20.15/hr - $21.15/hr

Duties / Responsibilities

• Supervise framers
• Schedule hours to stay on payroll budget
• Order supplies
• Ensure department is clean and well stocked
• Provide excellent customer service
• Meet all framing deadlines

• Have excellent customer service skills
• Have merchandise display experience
• Possess basic computer skills
• Be trustworthy and dependable
• Provide previous work references
• Have previous management experience
• Be experienced at scheduling
