Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)
Contract: W2 Only (No C2C/1099)
Duration: 12 Months
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing cross‑functional teams and delivering enterprise‑level IT solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
Drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication at all levels.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Mentor junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
13 years of experience in IT project management, with senior or lead role.
Strong technical background with experience in software development, infrastructure, or cloud technologies.
Proven experience managing large‑scale enterprise IT projects.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Trello).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI‑ACP) are highly desirable.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Experience with data migration, ERP/CRM implementations, or cybersecurity projects.
Ability to manage vendor relationships and third‑party integrations.
