Position Overview Agile Group is seeking an
Integrated Master Scheduler
with exceptional expertise in
Primavera P6
and
Oracle Cloud
to lead scheduling excellence across a major government modernization initiative. This fully remote role serves as the
lead for scheduling , setting standards, driving consistency, and ensuring world‑class scheduling practices across programs. Limited travel (10–15 days annually) is required for on‑site integration and stakeholder engagement.
The Integrated Master Scheduler will be the recognized authority on integrated scheduling, providing expert guidance to project teams, training and mentoring junior schedulers, and advising senior USACE leadership. This role requires a proven track record of managing enterprise‑wide schedules, aligning cross‑functional teams, and applying advanced schedule analytics to guide mission‑critical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the
enterprise lead for scheduling excellence , establishing and maintaining standards, tools, and processes for integrated schedule management.
Develop, manage, and maintain
Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
across USACE projects using Primavera P6 and Oracle Cloud.
Perform advanced schedule analytics, including
critical path, “what‑if,” and risk analysis
to support executive decision‑making.
Partner with project managers, engineers, and technical leads to ensure accurate inputs, logical sequencing, and resource alignment.
Deliver
executive‑level briefings and dashboards
that distill complex scheduling data into actionable insights for USACE leadership.
Provide
mentorship and training
to junior schedulers and project staff to strengthen scheduling capacity across the program.
Ensure compliance with USACE, DoD, and federal schedule management standards, including the integration of earned value and program controls.
Act as a
trusted advisor
to Agile Group and USACE leadership, recommending strategies to optimize program execution.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
10+ years of professional scheduling experience , with significant time supporting Federal Government programs.
Proven mastery of
Primavera P6
and
Oracle Cloud
scheduling/reporting tools.
Demonstrated success managing
large, enterprise‑level Integrated Master Schedules .
Strong background in
critical path analysis, resource leveling, and risk‑informed scheduling .
Prior experience supporting USACE, DoD, or similar federal agencies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to brief senior executives and serve as a thought leader.
Preferred Skills
PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI‑SP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM) and cost/schedule integration.
Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and hybrid project environments.
Experience designing and leading training programs for schedulers.
Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools for schedule visualization.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range:
$120,000 – $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
