Job Description
Lead and manage large-scale electrical construction projects from initiation through closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules (Primavera P6), budgets, forecasts, and manpower planning
Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and change orders
Coordinate with owners, engineers, GCs, and design teams to resolve technical and logistical challenges
Manage financial reporting, cash flow, and ensure profitability targets are met
Ensure compliance with all safety standards, permits, and regulatory requirements
Support bidding, estimating, and business development efforts for major pursuits

Qualifications
BS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field (7+ years experience; 5+ with MS)
Extensive project management experience on large-scale electrical projects ($100M+)
Proven leadership in directing cross-functional project teams
Skilled in Primavera P6, Procore, and other construction management tools
Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing abilities
