We’re looking for a bold, strategic Programmatic Strategist who thrives in the fast‑moving world of SaaS and B2B marketing and can drive impact with budgets and big ideas.
About The Role As the Programmatic Strategist (aka Account Strategist, Programmatic), you will be a client‑facing leader responsible for day‑to‑day management of our programmatic clients—including campaign builds, optimization, and reporting across all programmatic channels (Display, Native, Video, Audio, etc.). You will create and manage custom client strategies and communicate with both clients and internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Management: Build, optimize, and report programmatic campaigns across all channels (Display, Native, Video, Audio).
Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive media strategies aligned with client objectives.
Data Integration: Leverage first‑party and third‑party data for precise audience targeting and segmentation.
Planning & Setup: Develop and implement campaign plans across DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and others.
Optimization: Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to achieve performance and pacing goals.
Reporting: Generate and analyze performance reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve issues related to campaign performance and delivery.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with creative, analytics, and account teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad‑tech companies (B2B experience a bonus).
Hands‑on expertise in media buying: building and optimizing campaigns in DSPs, especially The Trade Desk and DV360.
Proven track record in programmatic media planning, buying, and building measurement frameworks.
Strong understanding of how programmatic and other channels work together to surpass client KPIs.
Experience driving programmatic growth with budgets over $50k/month in B2B/SaaS.
Excellent cross‑collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Solid analytical ability, exceptional attention to detail, and a results‑oriented mindset.

CSAT: 4.4+

Annual base salary $70,000–$90,000 USD (US)
