About the Role Our client, a global enterprise undergoing a major HR transformation, is seeking an

Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager

to support the design and execution of large-scale HR initiatives. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Organizational Change Management, this role serves as a strategic partner to HR leadership—driving engagement, adoption, and alignment across HR functions including Talent, Total Rewards, HR Technology, and Communications.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing complex change initiatives tied to digital HR transformations (Oracle HCM experience strongly preferred). This is a high-visibility role requiring exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable change plans.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute change management strategies for major HR transformation initiatives and operational improvements.

Partner with HR and business leaders to assess organizational impacts and design tailored adoption strategies.

Develop and manage comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and resistance management.

Serve as a trusted advisor to HR leadership on change leadership, organizational effectiveness, and cultural transformation.

Support implementation and optimization of digital HR tools and platforms, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Collaborate with internal communications and learning teams to ensure message consistency and capability building.

Measure and report change effectiveness, adoption rates, and engagement metrics for assigned projects.

Coordinate HR functional campaigns and events to enhance employee engagement and alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Communications, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience leading or supporting enterprise-wide change initiatives, preferably within HR transformation contexts.

Strong background in HR technologies such as

Oracle HCM ,

SAP SuccessFactors , or similar platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to simplify complex topics and tailor messaging for diverse audiences.

Demonstrated agility, adaptability, and collaboration in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report change effectiveness and stakeholder feedback.

Preferred Skills

Prosci or similar change management certification.

Experience working in Agile delivery frameworks.

Background supporting large-scale system implementations and process redesign.

Disqualifiers

No prior experience leading or supporting change management initiatives.

Limited or no exposure to HR technology platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors).

Poor stakeholder management or communication skills.

Inability to adapt to complex, fast-moving organizational environments.
