We are looking for individuals to work one-on-one providing in-home support in the afternoons to children on the Autism Spectrum as a Behavior Technician. This is an entry-level position suitable for those pursuing psychology, early childhood development, or special education.

Responsibilities
Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors
Document child progress and milestones
Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Qualifications
Passion for working with children with special needs
Strong communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or at least one year of experience working with children in relevant capacities such as child development, camp counselor, paraprofessional, behavioral interventionist, ABA therapist, or behavior technician
