Centria is looking for a Licensed Psychologist to join our team! Position Summary

Centria’s Licensed Clinical Psychologist should have a specialization in early identification, screening, diagnosis, and treatment of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders from birth through 21 years.

Licensed Psychologists

will possess an advanced degree (PhD, PsyD, MA, or MS) in clinical psychology, school psychology, or a related field, have passed the Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP), and possess a license to practice in their state. Success Measures

Adherence to Centria policies and quality standards; performing 5–6 assessments per week; compliance with company and payor requirements; meeting or exceeding personal quantitative and qualitative KPI metrics. Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for individuals suspected of having ASD, including scoring and interpreting assessment measures and providing oral and written feedback. Administer autism‑specific assessments such as the ADOS‑2 and the Autism Diagnostic Interview‑Revised (ADI‑R) and other tools assessing developmental, intellectual, adaptive, social, speech, language, communicative, medical, and neurological functioning.

Provide sensitive, thoughtful, and supportive feedback to parents and collaborate effectively with team members, parents, young children, and colleagues in the community. Engage in consultation and program development with community providers, schools, and interdisciplinary clinical and research teams. Demonstrate motivation to increase professional skills and knowledge in evidence‑based and family‑centered care; work successfully with diverse cultural, ethnic, and educational backgrounds. Bilingual applicants encouraged. Assist in developing corporate structure, creating policies and procedures, and participating in team meetings. Manage office staff operations for maximum efficiency and maintain knowledge of state and payor specific programs related to practice. Promote growth of Centria Healthcare and assist in pursuing business opportunities. Qualifications

Education

Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited university, with clinical, counseling, or school psychology specialty training. Licenses/Certificates

Fully licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Licensed Psychologist or under provisions specified by the Board of Psychologist Examiners. Work Experience

2+ years of professional experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of children and families, preferred. Experience administering and scoring standardized assessment tools (e.g., Vineland, WPPSI, WISC‑V, EVT, PPVT, ADOS‑2, ADI‑R, PDDBI, PSI, SRS‑2, CBCL). Equipment and Technology Requirements

Basic computer skills and working knowledge of tablets/iPads Laptop G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet) Other Competency Requirements

Interview, perform psychological evaluations, and provide treatment plans Track clinical outcomes and maintain compliance Prepare reports for parents, medical personnel, funding agencies, and medical records Engage in one‑to‑one communication with parents and clients Provide excellent customer service Collaborate and build trust across all levels of the organization Effective written and verbal communication with stakeholders Work independently and self‑motivate to achieve business goals Working Conditions

Office hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; flexible scheduling with 2–3 days in‑office per week Based in Tempe, AZ Available for special support and mentoring after hours as needed Additional time or flexible schedules may be required to meet objectives Physical Demands

Involves bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 30 lb; requires sitting most of the day, walking, standing periodically; requires close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and ability to analyze data and figures on screens.
