The Controller will oversee Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable and manage two Staff Accountants Heavily involved with month‑end close, bank reconciliations and journal entries Assists the CFO with financial modeling and ad‑hoc financial analyses Develops and maintains the budget and provides budget versus actual reports Coordinates audits, including preparing schedules for auditors Controller Preferred Experience
BS in Accounting; CPA highly preferred 8+ years accounting experience and 3+ years staff supervision ERP systems experience highly preferred Advanced Excel skills Excellent oral and written communication Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team member, solving problems proactively Work Model
Hybrid, with 3 days in office required per week Compensation
