The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in AllerVie Health’s financial strategy and business planning efforts, working closely with the Senior Manager of Finance and the CFO to support decision-making, optimize financial performance, and drive value creation in a private equity–backed environment. This position focuses on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, M&A modeling, and post-acquisition integration. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to connect financial insights to operational strategy in a multi-site healthcare organization. This is a high-visibility role that provides an opportunity to influence business outcomes, enhance financial transparency, and support the company’s ongoing growth through both organic expansion and acquisitions. While this role offers some flexibility, candidates based in or willing to relocate to the Dallas–Fort Worth area are preferred. Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting
Support the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year financial plans, partnering with accounting, operations, and executive leadership. Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, and profitability to identify opportunities for margin improvement and cost optimization. Prepare dynamic financial models to evaluate performance across clinics, service lines, and new business initiatives. Maintain rolling forecasts and variance analyses to ensure agile financial planning. M&A and Private Equity Support
Assist in financial due diligence, modeling, and valuation for potential acquisitions and partnerships. Collaborate with the VP of Accounting and CFO on integration planning for acquired entities, ensuring alignment of key financial metrics and systems. Develop pro forma and consolidated reporting to assess post-acquisition performance and return on investment (ROI). Support private equity sponsor reporting and investor presentations, including KPI tracking and board materials. Reporting & Analysis
Create insightful management dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and private equity stakeholders. Analyze clinic-level and regional performance to highlight operational drivers and variances. Partner with accounting to reconcile management reporting with GAAP financials, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Strategic Business Support
Serve as a thought partner to the CFO and VP of Accounting on financial strategy and operational improvement initiatives. Build scalable models and reporting tools to support new market entries, service expansions, and capital investment decisions. Support scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to guide strategic decision-making. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required. 5–8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking. Private equity–backed or healthcare multi-site industry experience strongly preferred. Exposure to M&A financial modeling, due diligence, and integration required. Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Adaptive Insights, Vena, or Anaplan) a plus. Skills & Attributes
Strong analytical, modeling, and presentation skills. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders. Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities. Excellent interpersonal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Occasional travel to clinics or partner sites as needed.
