Civil Engineer PE/PM
Job Description Actalent is seeking to hire a dedicated Civil Engineer PE/PM to join a dynamic and growing office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering with a keen interest in infrastructure design, sustainable development, and multidisciplinary project work. The role involves leading and managing diverse projects from initial planning through design coordination and final approvals. Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop projects from conceptual planning to coordination through design, agency approvals, and construction.
Perform code analysis and research on technical aspects of a project.
Organize and coordinate with the project team.
Interact with clients and agency staff to attain design and permit approvals for project visions and technical solutions.
Provide oversight and mentoring to civil staff on various professional and technical efforts.
Essential Skills
Extensive experience in civil engineering.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Strong technical and communication skills.
Ability to lead a team through design development, construction documents, and contract administration phases.
Technical experience and understanding, especially with large‑scale site development projects.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with fast‑track, advanced‑tech projects is a plus.
Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.
Licensure, or ability to be licensed, in Washington, Oregon, and/or California.

The pay range for this position is $135,000.00 - $155,000.00/yr.
