This is a hybrid work opportunity. Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements within the ServiceNow framework or partner with Enterprise Architecture to suggest alternative platforms Design and implement solutions that are scalable, flexible, and easy to maintain to include leading proofs of concept for new Build integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using iPaaS (like Mulesoft), APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, to include working with ServiceNow support and other technical teams to address and resolve critical issues; work with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are integrated with other systems and processes Create comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standards Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to ServiceNow solutions (IRM, SecOps, ITAM, ITOM, ITSM and more) Qualifications

Minimum seven years of recent experience in solution architecture, with a focus on ServiceNow including extensive experience in two or more ServiceNow modules (LSD, WSD, ITAM/ITOM, HRSC, IRM, CSM and more) Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred; ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) and one or more CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certs required and CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or CMA (Certified Master Architect) strongly preferred Experience in supporting business solutions hosted on ServiceNow from a developer or administrator perspective, inclusive of the challenges associated with upgrades, integrations, and operational support Strong understanding of practical application of ServiceNow as it relates to industry solutions, as well as an understanding of the interconnectedness between modules and core data Proven familiarity with ServiceNow and other technology platforms commonly used to service core business functions Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity Benefits and Employment Details
