Senior Learning and Development Specialist

We are actively recruiting a dynamic Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join our Human Resources team, tackling responsibilities alongside a creative, highly motivated team passionate about their work.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement learning solutions aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs
Create and curate high‑quality learning content using instructional design principles and adult learning theory
Lead medium‑to‑large scale L&D projects, including assessment, scoping, planning, stakeholder coordination, and execution
Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop and deliver content in all modalities (in‑person, virtual, online courses, videos)
Collaborate with the Global L&D Director to design, develop, pilot, evaluate, and deliver new learning experiences and programs
Create courses and other learning content using authoring and editing software (e.g., Articulate Storyline & Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop)
Utilize the Learning Management System and other available tools
Plan, organize, and manage L&D workshops/events including logistics, materials, vendor coordination, and communications
Facilitate or provide support for in‑person and virtual classes
Develop and maintain L&D metrics and analytics
Manage the course survey process to derive observations and suggestions for improvement regarding training effectiveness
Partner with the HR Director on internal and external employee/workplace culture survey projects
Stay current with L&D trends, technologies, and methodologies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree Required or equivalent workplace experience
Minimum of 5 years of corporate L&D experience
Minimum of 3 years of instructional design experience and LMS administration
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Ability to travel as required by the firm or program
Demonstrated end‑to‑end project/program management experience
Proficient in using instructional design tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop
Strong command of Microsoft Office skills for high‑quality deliverables:
Excel – aggregate and analyze operational data to identify insights and trends
PowerPoint – create logically structured, succinct, and compelling stories tailored to the audience
Word – produce clear, concise, professional communications and resources
Teams – collaborate with team members and stakeholders
