Job Description
Overview
We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join Movement School Atlanta’s School Field Team with the primary goal of increasing enrollment and generating interest in our educational programs. As a vital part of our marketing efforts, the Field Team will play a key role in promoting the school to prospective students, parents, and the community at large. This position requires a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities 1. Community Outreach:
Engage with local communities to build awareness of our school and its programs.
Distribute promotional materials, such as flyers and brochures, at community events, fairs, and local businesses.
2. Event Coordination:
Plan and execute on-campus and off-campus events to showcase the school's facilities, faculty, and programs.
Coordinate with school staff to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
3. Social Media Promotion:
Actively participate in online conversations and forums to promote the school's positive image.
4. Community Ambassadors:
Recruit and train additional community ambassadors to assist with promotional activities.
Organize ambassador-led tours and information sessions.
5. Collaboration with Local Partners:
Establish and maintain partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, and educational institutions to create mutually beneficial promotional opportunities.
6. Data Collection and Reporting:
Collect and report data on the effectiveness of promotional activities.
Provide regular updates on outreach efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm for education and a genuine belief in the value of the school's programs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to develop and implement engaging promotional strategies.
Comfortable with public speaking and networking.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Self‑motivated, driven, goal-oriented leader.
Skilled communicator with the ability to connect with and engage a wide‑range of individuals and groups with diverse perspectives.
Requirements
High school diploma; college degree preferred.
Live in the metro Atlanta area.
Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or related fields is a plus.
Access to independent transportation.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
