What You’ll Do

Manage experiential strategy from concept to execution.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration across all marketing channels.

Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and agencies.

Leverage cultural insights, trends, and guest behavior to shape experiences that are relevant and shareable.

About You

8+ years experience in Culture, Creative & Brand strategy, or marketing and event planning.

Minimum 3 years of Experiential Marketing expertise across concept development, production, and execution of large-scale activations, pop-ups, and IRL brand moments.

A pulse on culture and trends, leveraging insights to shape timely, relevant, and shareable experiences.

Strategic, big‑picture thinker who can anticipate, connect the dots, and activate teams.

Strong creative strategy and business acumen with ability to write compelling briefs and work against a defined strategy.

Strategic thinker experienced in synthesizing information to generate actionable insights.

Ability to manage through ambiguity and act as an objective partner maintaining a guest‑centric focus.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills; proven negotiator and problem‑solver.

Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with focused prioritization and ability to hold partners accountable.

Growth mindset, resilience, curiosity, enthusiasm, and bias for action.

Comfort with taking risks, driving change, and supporting creativity.

Ability to shape strategic narratives to inspire a shared vision with partners.

Passion for culture and partnerships.

Proven ability to build brand moments that scale across PR, social, and digital.

Curious, culturally attuned, and trend‑aware, including influencers.

Willing and able to travel and work flexible hours as needed for activations.

Remote or Hybrid Work Arrangements This position may be offered as a Remote or Hybrid arrangement ("Flex for Your Day"). Remote work means working full‑time from home or another location outside Target headquarters, with the optional travel to headquarters up to four times a year. Hybrid work will involve a mix of remote and onsite duties depending on the daily role requirements.
