Auto Driveaway Systems, LLC is seeking an energetic, culture-focused Corporate Recruiter to source and onboard employees across various roles and departments for one of the largest professional driveaway companies in the United States.

Auto Driveaway is a leading national provider of professional vehicle relocation services, serving large corporate fleets, fleet management companies, upfitters, dealerships, and vehicle OEMs with fast, safe, and reliable door‑to‑door driveaway service nationwide. Services include fleet shipping, single vehicle “door‑to‑door driveaway” shipping, expedited shipping, enclosed carrier shipping for high‑value vehicles, international shipping, short‑term and long‑term vehicle storage, licensing, titling and registration of vehicles, and vehicle maintenance and reconditioning services.

Role and Responsibilities

Recruit for employee positions across various departments, roles, and geographies

Screen applications and conduct phone and/or in‑person interviews to determine the most qualified candidates

Assist with leading selected candidates through the onboarding and new hire process

Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure employee population reflects business needs

Draft and modify job postings and position descriptions to attract applicants

Identify and improve job posting strategies and outlets to maximize return on investment

Participate in new hire and employee engagement activities to drive candidate and employee satisfaction

Contribute to recruitment initiatives and communicate proactively with business partners

Collaborate with more than 40 field offices on recruitment activities and strategies

Provide requested reporting and analytics

Use social media to deliver and drive candidate traffic to our website and application channels

Enhance Auto Driveaway’s reputation as the driveaway company of choice across the United States

Qualifications and Education Requirements

College degree required

3+ years of corporate recruiting experience with full lifecycle recruiting mastery, including Federal and State laws

Strong background in talent acquisition and engagement strategies

Working knowledge of the transportation industry

Exceptional organizational and communication skills

Meticulous attention to detail

High energy, enthusiasm, and drive for achieving results

Passion for customer and employee experience

Proficiency in cold calls, research‑based sourcing, and internet/web‑based recruiting

Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Project planning and project management skills

Data analysis and /or report building experience

Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment with a sense of urgency and self‑motivation
