The Pacific Northwest branch, headquartered in Seattle, WA, is looking for an experienced and mission-oriented Trial Litigation Paralegal to be a part of our team. You would become a vital part of a close-knit group of attorneys, legal assistants, paralegals, and staff who all share a profound dedication to supporting our clients throughout their recovery journeys.

Our Ideal Candidate We are looking for a highly experienced litigation paralegal who wants to be an integral part of a client-centered and talented litigation team. A great fit would be a skilled problem-solver who has a history of working hard for clients, appreciates the connection between details and client success, and is emotionally and intellectually sharp.

The paralegal in this role will be assisting with some of the firm’s most crucial cases on a national scale.

Responsibilities

Draft pleadings and motions and file them with the court;

Perform administrative duties such as calendaring hearings and deadlines, organizing case files, and contacting witnesses/experts;

Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes;

Organize exhibits, trial notebooks, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices;

Aid attorneys with drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission and other discovery requests;

Gather relevant information from a variety of sources;

Manage communication with clients for case updates, case and care management, facilitating discovery responses, coordinating depositions, etc.

Ability to Commute/Relocate

Seattle, WA 98121: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Ability to attend in-person trials in Washington State (Required)

Ability to occasionally travel nationally for in-person trials on short-notice (Required).

Experience and Professional Background/Necessary Skills

7-10 years of litigation experience as a paralegal (required)

3+ years of Personal Injury experience (required)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Preferred)

Ability to independently become proficient in civil procedure in new jurisdictions, both at the federal and state level, with little supervision.

Sharp-eyed organizer, adept at untangling complex case details and keeping legal workflows seamless.

Offer compassion to individuals who are injured.

Cool-headed multitasker, thriving in dynamic settings while maintaining razor-sharp accuracy.

Curious legal sleuth, skilled at diving deep into research and crafting clear, actionable insights.

Compensation

$120,000-170,000/year
