Akkodis is seeking a
DevOps Engineer
for a
Contract
with a client in
New York, NY (Hybrid) . The candidate will design, secure, and maintain ELK Stack solutions across cloud environments, supporting both non-production and production deployments.
Rate Range:
$37/hour to $41/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
DevOps Engineer job responsibilities include:
Design, build, and maintain ELK Stack solutions (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) in cloud environments for both non-production and production deployments.
Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to assess requirements and ensure ELK solutions meet dashboard and data compliance needs.
Manage Linux-based systems, including configuration, updates, and version upgrades to support Elasticsearch products.
Install and configure Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE) and ensure seamless integration across Elasticsearch components and data sources.
Support deployment lifecycle processes, moving solutions through Dev, Test, Pre-Staging, and Production environments.
Troubleshoot and optimize ELK Stack performance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across environments.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in DevOps engineering, with at least 3 years focused on ELK Stack and cloud deployments.
Hands‑on experience with Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE), Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Linux system administration.
Proven ability to manage full deployment lifecycle across environments (Dev, Test, Pre-Staging, Production) and integrate ELK solutions with enterprise systems.

Pay Details:
$37.00 to $41.00 per hour
