Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring WI or compact RN licensure and strong Cath Lab and EP experience.
Responsibilities Works primarily in a hospital-based Cardiac Cath Lab with occasional EP Lab duties Primarily scheduled for 8-hour day shifts, typically 0800-1630 On-call required: one night per week, one weekend per month, and one backup per week; additional call may be needed May float to EP Lab and other Central Aspirus locations as needed Uses Epic EMR; experience preferred Patient care includes Cath Lab and EP recovery Primary duties include providing patient care in the Cath Lab with some coverage in the EP Lab Candidates should be adaptable, resilient, and comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments May be required to float to assist other locations according to staffing needs Scrub attire may be any color Holiday schedule impacts work hours when the unit is closed Eligible for up to 36 hours of low census per contract Team atmosphere values hardworking and social candidates Candidates must provide two supervisory references and all required certifications for consideration
Requirements Active WI or compact state RN license required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum of 2 years RN experience Direct experience in Cath Lab and EP Lab settings required Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility for contract eligibility
