Introducing CDImmerse, an innovative rotation program specifically designed for emerging professionals seeking a transformative experience within Churchill Downs Incorporated (CDI) – an iconic brand. Tailored for recent graduates, CDImmerse stands out as a highly coveted program that offers a distinctive gateway to launch your career in Information Technology.
Throughout the program, participants will engage in a comprehensive exploration of career opportunities through immersion in four six-month rotations over a span of two years. This hands‑on experience provides an insider's perspective, laying a solid foundation for your professional journey.

OVERVIEW The CDImmerse Information Technology Track is for top-performing graduates with a passion for technology and a drive to make a real impact on CDI's IT business operations. As a CDImmerse Program Participant in the Information Technology Track, you will embark on a competitive 2-year development track featuring four rotations across various IT-related departments, including Software Development, QA, Systems Administration, Infrastructure, Networking, Information Security, Project Management, and other related business areas. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will enter into a full-time position with CDI.
Each rotation will expose you to crucial aspects of CDI's IT operations, allowing you to take on responsibilities for tasks, projects, and initiatives assigned by functional leaders. This program isn't just a learning experience; it's a launchpad for your competitive career in the tech industry.
QUALIFICATIONS
Recent graduate with a minimum completion of a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Science, or related field within the past 6 months or by May 2026. MBA graduates welcome.
Strong academic foundation with a minimum GPA requirement (e.g., 3.5 on a 4.0 scale).
Excellent communication skills demonstrated through assessments during the interview process.
