Job Description We are seeking a

Senior Revenue Strategy & Planning Operations Analyst

to join our Revenue Strategy & Planning team. In this high‑exposure role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping GTM decisions and driving operational efficiency across all revenue‑generating teams.

What You’ll Do

Revenue Planning & Optimization

– Narrative Development & Communication: communicate data‑driven findings and strategic narratives in meetings, memos, and presentations to stakeholders, including GTM leaders and senior management.

Territory Design & Management – execute and support annual planning processes, including the design, build, and administration of territories and territory health metrics.

Planning Support – contribute to the annual and quarterly revenue planning cycles, providing data and analysis for decisions on headcount, resource allocation, and organizational design.

Rules of Engagement – assist in defining, documenting, and enforcing commercial Rules of Engagement and policies to minimize conflict and drive clarity for sales teams.

Quota Management & Incentive Compensation Operations – execute and support effective deployment and management of quota assignments, including crediting & ramp calculations, exception tracking, and policy interpretation; support SPIFFs and other incentive programs.

Operational & Compliance Excellence

System Integrity – ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce and other revenue systems to support accurate reporting and forecasting.

SOX Compliance – ensure processes and controls within the revenue operations function comply with Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements, assisting with documentation and audit support.

Process Improvement – identify opportunities to streamline and automate revenue operations processes to increase efficiency and scalability.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

– 4‑6 years in a highly analytical, cross‑functional role (revenue operations, sales strategy & planning, consulting, finance, sales ops, commissions). Experience supporting planning, territory carving, compensation, or GTM strategy in a SaaS or high‑growth tech environment is a plus.

Technical Skills

– advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Suite; experience with Salesforce and Tableau highly preferred.

Analytical Prowess

– exceptional critical thinking skills and ability to distill ambiguous problems into clear, structured solutions.

Communication

– strong executive presence and confidence to present to and influence leadership.

Education

– bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field (MBA a plus).

Mindset

– intellectually curious, detail‑oriented, collaborative, self‑motivated, and eager to learn in a fast‑moving environment.

Expertise & Independence

– act as SME to senior stakeholders; operate with limited direct supervision and exercise independent judgment.

Additional Information Base pay: $90,400 – $124,300. Eligible for bonus incentive compensation and equity.
