Job Description We are seeking a
Construction Engineer
to support one of the most advanced semiconductor construction projects. This role requires a balance of on-site supervision and office-based project management to ensure safety, quality, and schedule alignment.
Responsibilities
Manage job site activities with general contractors and subcontractors, focusing on schedule, safety, and quality.
Split time between field execution (site inspections, safety/quality checks) and office support (documentation, planning, reporting).
Review and control documents with designers, GCs, and clients, ensuring drawings and specifications meet regulatory, safety, and contractual requirements.
Generate RFIs, RFAs, construction plans, and progress reports for coordination with project stakeholders.
Verify work is performed per contract scope, budget, and schedule.
Apply OSHA standards on-site and address non-compliance.
Review and approve monthly contractor progress payments.
Participate in emergency response as required.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in construction or architectural fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and document control skills.
Knowledge of project management and document tracking systems.
Experience
Semiconductor, commercial, or industrial building projects.
Reinforced concrete (RC), steel structure, and interior finishing works.
