About Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital has proudly served residents across Southeast Michigan since 1953. With 632 beds, Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital is a major teaching and research hospital and home to five residency programs and a cardiology fellowship in partnership with Wayne State University School of Medicine. Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital is verified as a Level II trauma center and accredited by the Joint Commission as a primary stroke center. The hospital is also known for clinical excellence and innovation in the fields of orthopedics, neurosciences, women’s health, heart and vascular and cancer care.

Scope of Work Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures performs diagnostic MR exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment and techniques. Follows Beaumont philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care at all times.

Qualifications

Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.

1-3 years clinical experience beyond staff radiographer level.

Certification by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, RT (R) (MR). Additional MR certification required within 1 year of hire. Must remain in good standing with the ARRT. Technologists working in their modality before 2008 are exempt from additional modality certification.

Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers at hire through the American Heart Association.

Or CRT-Nuc Med Technologist (N) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire Required Or

CRT-Nuclear Medicine Technologist - NMTCB Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Upon Hire Required Or

CRT-Vascular Technologist (VT) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Upon Hire Required Or

CRT-Musculoskeletal (MSK) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Upon Hire Required And CRT-Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRI) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Board Registry 1 Year Required Or
