Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

About the Firm We are working with a rapidly growing plaintiff's personal injury law firm in North Carolina that is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join the team!

Location: Raleigh, Charlotte, or Fayetteville, NC.

Salary range negotiable based on experience level (base salary + bonuses).

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases.

Obtain, review, and organize damage information.

Prepare settlement proposals/demand packages for attorney review and approval.

Draft settlement calculations and agreements.

Ensure that cases are progressing in a timely manner.

Perform various clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing information to clients, composing routine correspondence, and managing incoming mail.

Qualifications

Must be admitted and licensed to practice law in North Carolina.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

At least 6+ months of experience as an Associate Attorney; personal injury experience preferred, but open to candidates with other backgrounds who want to get into plaintiff personal injury law!

Ability to handle large caseload and supervise dedicated paralegals and support team.
