About the Role
We are looking for an innovative Vice President of Product Innovation with a robust EdTech software development and DevOps background. In this role, you will inspire and lead the development of groundbreaking technologies to enhance user experience and optimize cloud hosting for our literacy products. As a key leader in our organization, you will collaborate across various disciplines to elevate technology architectures, quality assurance processes, user experience, and infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in driving scalable portfolio growth, significantly impacting student performance and educator effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technology and engineering initiatives.
Encourage the adoption of emerging technologies.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle.
Direct DevOps and hosting strategy.
Optimize cloud infrastructure and ensure security best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in EdTech software development and DevOps, preferably within the K12 sector. Exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams. We seek someone with advanced technical knowledge, experience in web and native app development, and expertise in cloud security, compliance, and disaster recovery planning.
