The Network Float Pool is a division of HonorHealth supporting Inter-Campus Floating. We consider your preferences for unit assignments but may ask you to float to less preferred campuses based on staffing needs, skill set, and rotation. Performs tasks in phlebotomy, customer service, clerical work, and data entry. Organizes and prioritizes blood draw requests, including urgent and routine requests. Operates hospital tube system for specimen handling. Receives outpatient lab specimens and verifies patient information. Uses Hospital Information System for ordering tests, patient registration, and report retrieval. Greet visitors and patients, operate communication equipment, and maintain work areas. Handles mail, trains new employees, and interfaces with nursing staff to resolve issues. Performs additional duties as assigned.
